The Asus laptop has been fully tested and is in good working order. It has been factory reset with all personal information being removed. The laptop is in decent condition but it does have some wear on the touchpad as well as a lot of scratching on the casing. This is all cosmetic and does not impact the performance of the laptop. There is no box included but it does include the AC adaptor
