The item is in decent condition overall. The case does have a small chip in the top which is pictured, as well as one of the disc holders having snapped off. There is still a holder for the disc though. The case is not the original, it has been replaced and has "Electronic Arts" on the inside. Includes the manual. The disc is in good condition with minor surface scratches, nothing that prevents the game from playing
