This Sony PS5 DualSense wireless controller is sold for spares or repairs, as the square (▢) face button does not register inputs, though all other buttons, sticks, triggers, haptics, and touchpad appear functional. Cosmetic condition is good, with only minor wear; note that dirt is present in the crevices and could benefit from a clean. No cable is included. This is ideal for someone equipped to replace or repair the faulty button mechanism.

Payment

Please note that all items must be paid for within 1-5 working days. After this we will attempt to make contact regarding payment, if no payment has been made after 5 working days and we have not received any messages then the order will be cancelled.





We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and aim to deliver the between 1-2 workings days. We will post to England, Wales and Southern Scotland and is £3.49 for parcels and £19.99 for larger (+20kg) parcels. This service ensures that your parcel can be tracked via the Royal Mail Tracking website as the tracking number will be provided for you. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. Large and/or heavy item postage prices may differ depending on the item.



We do not post to Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.




We dispatch items within 1 working day. Please note that our courier cut off point is 2PM - any orders made after will be dispatched on the following working day.




COLLECTION ONLY: Any items we have placed on collection only are available to collect in person from our shop only. Please note that we offer a local delivery service for a additional fee within the Southampton area. We will not be posting any collection only items. Please contact us for more information if required.
