this bike is in good working condition and has been fully tested, the tires are pumped however not all the way so they will need to be re pumped after purchase, the breaks are in full working order, the front mudguard is off-centered and there is some grazing and discoloration the handles however this shouldn't take away from the bikes overall performance.
