Item is in great condition with very minor signs of wear and tear, marks include light surface scratches which are lightly over the surface on both the glossy outers and some very small, light on the screen. Marks are barely visible, only when the light is reflected off them and screen scratches only when the screen is off and being closely examined.
Console has been tested for functionality and works perfectly without issues.

Item comes in its original box with warranty info only as pictured. The 3DS XL does not come with a power adapter as it didnt originally new from nintendo (shown on box). Buyer will need to purchase one separately however console will have some charge in it from testing.
