This phone is in great working order, it's been fully tested and has been set back to factory settings. The phone comes as the handset only with no accessories however it will be sent out in a standard none descript box with plenty of protective packaging. The phone is in fair to good condition, the screen has some heavy scratches and marks and the back has a few light marks and scratches however these do not affect the overall performance of the phone.
