Item is in good but used condition with several wear and tear markings in places. Marks include small indents and tears around the edges of the tall cardboard box slip with light indents and general knocks from storage on the box.
Map and game are both in great condition with minimal wear marks, art book is min and soundtrack disc is mint.
Game and soundtrack discs have been tested and play perfectly without issues.

Previous owner was a smoker and had the box with figure on display for long periods of time.
