Description

After a traumatic childhood incident, orphan Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) is adopted by a police officer, who soon realises the boy has a homicidal bent. Matching his skills to a worthwhile profession, Dexter is encouraged to join the Miami Police Department as a blood spatter analyst, plotting the gruesome aftermath of murders.
