This trio of figurines portrays Confucius' see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil analect.
This is a Japanese pictorial maxim, embodying the proverbial principle "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil". The three Wise Dragonlings are Mizaru, who sees no evil, covering his eyes Kikazaru, who hears no evil, covering his ears Iwazaru, who speaks no evil, covering his mouth.
The three dragonlings are cast in resin and carefully hand-painted.
