Description
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a curious beast. On one level it's a role-playing adventure that has you romping across medieval Europe. On another, it's the closest thing to a Middle Ages sim that you're likely to come across. The year is 1403. The region is Bohemia in the heart of Europe, a land rich in culture and silver, not to mention huge great castles. The game sets you down in a true(ish) story in which the king is dead and his eldest son, Wenceslas IV, has taken the throne. Not happy about this, his brother Sigismund imprisons Wenceslas and storms the country. You play as the son of a blacksmith, sole survivor of your town after Sigismund's armies raze it. You swear vengeance, and an epic adventure begins.
