Fully working Black and Decker Mouse detail sander. Tested for power, motor speed, vibration, cable safety and sanding pad condition. The tool runs strongly with no cutting out or unusual noises. Used condition with signs of normal workshop use but nothing affecting performance. Ideal for woodwork, corners and detailed sanding jobs.
