The PS Portal in midnight black dont come with A charger. or box, but the screen is in great condtion. you no longer need a ps5 to use the PORTAL. Collections are possible between 9.30 am and 4pm Monday to Friday. WARRANTY/RETURNS Unless sold as faulty or for spares/repairs if an item described as working and is found to be faulty or not as described we will request that the item be returned to us and if the item is found to be faulty or not as described the return postage will be refunded. However if the returned item does not have any faults and is exactly as described the return postage will be down to the buyer. Returns have to initiated within 14 days from receipt of purchase. All returns have to be within a 30 day period, failure to do so can result in a delay of any refund due.
