It does show signs of previous use, such as surface scratches on top, which are visible in the listing images. There are no linked accounts or passwords. It comes with the wires needed as well as a controller. The contyroller as been tested and doesnt have stick drift; however, it does show signs of use on the Joy-Cons, where the pads are peeling off, but do not affect the controller's performance.
